Shaghetti Sauce 1
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 small greel peppeer (diced seeds and veins removed)
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 cans tomato sauce (14 ounces)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (14 ounces)

- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons Italian spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic
- dash white vinegar

Directions
Sauté beef, onion and green pepper until beef is brown.
Drain
Put beef onion and pepper in a 3 quart sauce pan. Add tomato sauce and paste.
Add the juice from the stewed tomatoes which has been seperated with a sieve.
Dice the tomatoes and add to sauce pan. Add spices, sugar , salt and vinegar.
Adjust to taste and simmer 45 minutes stirring frequently
